Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being

• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, massages, and other interventions, to promote patients' recovery and independence

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program

• Active licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Pennsylvania

• Per Diem schedule, with flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• PT certification or registration with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
