Job Title Global Project Head, Solid Tumor Immuno‑Oncology Location Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ Job Overview Lead worldwide clinical development and lifecycle management for a late‑stage immunotherapeutic compound in Solid Tumor Oncology, driving the global product strategy and collaborating closely with global brand and clinical functions. Responsibilities Develop and execute the clinical development strategy for regulatory submission and global lifecycle management. Lead the Global Product Team (GPT) and oversee cross‑functional planning and implementation of end‑to‑end strategy. Collaborate with Principal Clinical Lead (PCL) and Global Project Manager (GPM) to align translational, regulatory, manufacturing, safety, medical, and commercial activities. Represent Clinical Development in global brand strategy meetings and with internal/external stakeholders. Assess external business opportunities and drive implementation of development strategy. Basic Qualifications MD or PhD. 7+ years of clinical development experience in solid tumor oncology within biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Proven understanding of global drug development processes and functional roles. Successful track record of marketing‑authorization submissions. Strong leadership in high‑performing cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading pivotal trials for regulatory approval in solid tumor oncology. Experience preparing regulatory submissions and engaging with health authorities. Experience collaborating with commercial and medical functions for launch/post‑launch. Comfortable working in a matrix environment. Ability to integrate new data and adapt strategy dynamically. Strong network building and partnership experience. Benefits Salary range: $232,500.00 – $335,833.33.
