Application Support Scientist

Support LC-MS product demonstrations and application development Provide on-site training for customers on SCIEX hardware and software platforms Collaborate with sales and service teams for pre-sales support and presentations Develop comprehensive solutions for internal use or customer deployment Participate in scientific conferences and training programs Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related life sciences field 2+ Experience with mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography (LC-MS), and other analytical techniques Strong understanding of method development, validation, and troubleshooting for LC-MS/MS methods Ability to present scientific data clearly to diverse audiences Proven capacity to troubleshoot instrumentation and application-related issues Experienced with small molecule quantitation on triple quadrupoles Possess a current driver license with an acceptable driving record Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in LC-MS product applications, method development, and troubleshooting, with a strong ability to communicate scientific data effectively to diverse audiences. Proven experience in providing training and developing solutions for both internal and customer needs.
