Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience working as an OT in schools preferred
• Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy to students as prescribed in IEPs
• Document services and student progress in accordance with school protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Consult with teachers and staff to support inclusive education
• Maintain professional and ethical OT standards at all times

This full-time contract offers a schedule of 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, working with a diverse student group. Details on age group and caseload will be determined prior to your start. Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, with weekly pay for your convenience.
