Key Qualifications:

• Current Texas OT license required
• Prior experience in a school-based OT role preferred
• Solid understanding of evaluation and treatment planning for diverse student needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and support a range of age groups (to be determined)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver direct therapeutic services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document all services provided
• Participate in meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support teams
