Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Commercial Sales Representative to obtain, develop and generate sales leads. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don't suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You'll Do

• Develop leads and sales by creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations, working targeted lists and networking groups while attending meetings.

• First-year earning range $80,000 - $100,000, based on performance.

Our sales compensation plans are designed to reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top-performing Sales Representatives in the area frequently earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions.

Qualifications

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior sales experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board, which must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

What's Required

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
