Responsibilities: Deliver instruction consistent with official course outlines Develop and distribute syllabi with objectives, grading criteria, and policies Provide timely feedback on student work and grades Refer students to tutoring and support services when needed Maintain classroom and equipment safety Participate in optional activities such as curriculum development, office hours, dual-enrollment programs, advisory committees, and professional development Work Locations: Palm Desert Campus or other COD sites (Indio, Mecca/Thermal, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs) Classes may be scheduled during day, evening, or weekends Some classes may be offered at participating local high schools (dual-enrollment) Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, or Business Education , OR a Bachelor’s degree in one of these areas with a Master’s in Economics, Public Administration, Personnel Management, or a Juris Doctor (JD/LL.B.)
