Youll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing orders accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting inventory accuracy and overall operations./ppResponsibilities/pulliProcess incoming shipments and packages at our Torrance, CA facility./liliInspect incoming deliveries for damage, verify quantities against packing slips, and confirm accuracy against purchase orders./liliReceive and label indirect materials and route direct materials to the Inventory team for processing./liliPrepare outbound shipments by identifying, pulling, packaging, labeling, and staging materials for carrier pickup./liliPackage materials according to shipping requirements and coordinate secure and timely shipments with carriers./liliExpedite the flow of materials through receiving to support development and production schedules./liliOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility./liliAssist with inventory organization and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored./liliIdentify discrepancies in shipments or documentation and resolve issues quickly to maintain operational efficiency./li/ulpBasic Qualifications/pulli2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations./liliValid drivers license./lili2+ years of forklift or material-handling equipment experience with a valid certification./liliStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and manage data in digital systems./liliAbility to work onsite in Torrance, CA./liliFlexibility to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements./liliAbility to handle physical workload, including lifting packages up to 2575 lbs throughout the shift./li/ulpPreferred Skills and Experience/pulliExperience with ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems, as well as the Microsoft Office suite./liliExperience packaging and handling hazardous materials shipments./liliStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment./liliAbility to identify discrepancies in shipment documentation and proactively resolve issues./liliExperience working in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments./liliActive U.S. Government security clearance or eligibility to obtain one./li/ulpAll employees are granted long-term stock incentives as part of their employment as Castelion.
