Responsibilities We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. The pest control industry is a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. What You’ll Do Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas. Physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers. Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner. Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to at least 70% of all estimates scheduled. Work with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved. Travel from one area to another or be assigned to a specified territory, working with branch management team to isolate target areas. Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary. Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities. Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis. Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times. What’s In It for You? Our sales compensation plans reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top‑performing Sales Representatives often earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions. Qualifications What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent. Must hold the following licenses: Branch II. What’s Required You must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally. A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal positively with colleagues, sometimes under stressful conditions, is essential. Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policies, and procedures, and use provided safety devices and equipment.
