Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you'll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You'll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• Two years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• Current NCCT or NBSTSA certification
• At least one year of Level 1 Trauma experience within the last three years
• At least one year of recent travel experience
• Experience with Cardiac Robotics, LVAD, and Heart Transplant
• Experience covering General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, and Heart Transplant cases

Assignment Details:

• Rotating shifts across days, evenings, and nights
• Weekend and call coverage required
• Weekend shifts may include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
• Call response time is 30 minutes
• In-house call rooms are available if needed
