Client Service Specialist – Wealth Management Young & Associates Ameriprise Financial Mt. Pleasant, SC Full-Time | In-Office About the Opportunity Young & Associates Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our growing wealth management practice in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a client-focused team serving successful individuals, families, and business owners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, and driven to continuously improve processes while supporting advisors and clients alike. What You'll Do: Client Service & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests via phone, email, and text Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience Assist with account servicing and administrative requests Coordinate client onboarding and account setup Maintain accurate client records and documentation Work with corporate home office partners to resolve service issues Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up Prepare client review meeting materials Organize account and client information before meetings Develop reports, presentations, and supporting documents Track follow-up activities and client action items Ensure all requests are completed accurately and on time Operations & Practice Management Utilize Salesforce CRM and other technology tools to manage workflows Support advisors in preparing for client meetings Coordinate operational and administrative processes Assist with compliance and documentation requirements Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience Required Qualifications 2+ years of client service, administrative, operations, or relationship management experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Preferred Qualifications Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or professional services Experience using Salesforce CRM, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Technology Skills: (Experience or willingness to learn) Microsoft 365 Digital workflow tools AI-powered productivity solutions Collaborative and positive team culture Opportunity for professional growth Meaningful client relationships Direct interaction with advisors and clients Ability to make a significant impact on a growing practice Competitive compensation This is a full-time, 100% in-office position located in Mt.
