Job Full Description Our staffing agency is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support operations at a busy warehouse facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills. Schedule: Monday: 6:00am- 2:30pm, Tuesday- Friday: 4:00am- 12:30pm Additional Availability: Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday up to twice per month

Key Responsibilities
- Check in incoming drivers and verify shipment appointments
- Match drivers to scheduled dock appointments accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in warehouse systems
- Record and track driver arrival and departure times
- Notify warehouse personnel of arrivals and status updates
- Confirm outbound shipments are ready and properly documented
- Assist with signing drivers out once loads are completed
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse staff
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, systems navigation)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable with consistent attendance
- Warehouse setting with regular interaction with drivers and operations personnel
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Monday: 6:00am- 2:30pm, Tuesday- Friday: 4:00am- 12:30pm
- Flexibility to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) up to twice per month
