Compensation & Benefits

No need to chase hours. We have immediate caseloads available, allowing you to begin building your schedule quickly.

· $80–$90 per hour , based on experience

Many BCBAs work 40–50+ hour weeks while juggling scheduling, insurance authorizations, documentation, and other operational responsibilities.

What You'll Do

· Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

· Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards

· Provide parent training and ongoing support

· Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

· Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner

· Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

What We're Looking For

· Active BCBA certification through the BACB

· Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience

· Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

· Current residence in the State of Colorado
