Location: USA - North Plains, 28925 NW Union Rd Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: Checker, Cleanroom Tech (Quality Assurance), M-F Days Time Type: Full Time Position Summary The Cleanroom Tech Checker is responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing parts required for use by the customer and used in the maintenance of the customer’s machinery. This position assists the customer quality team in identifying parts that may be irregular or classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions as provided by the customer for conduct of inspections. Ensures part integrity and completeness through the maintenance of a tracking file. Irregularities will be documented, and corrective actions taken as directed or escalated to the Quality support team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist in the activities of the Quality Control function to ensure achievement of company and client Key Element objectives. Evaluate data obtained through SAP to determine correctness and completeness of parts. Gather and record data through a shared portal which provides information to the quality support team for guidance and decision making. Review data generated in support of the Quality Assurance program; prepare reports and summaries based on data. Keep up to date on overall activities of the DC, identifying problem areas and presenting data to support the position. Assist to ensure that quality system requirements are maintained. Responsible for various reports including tracking and trending. Use SAP, Excel and SharePoint to systemically investigate issues and follow up to previously identified issues. Perform Hold and Release transactions. Understand ESD processes and act accordingly. Read simple technical drawings. Be meticulous with a sense for quality and attention to detail. Work autonomously and self independently. Ensure compliance and quality control. Support other areas as required. Ensure that network operations comply with federal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities None Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Basic statistical control methods. Previous inventory experience. Current or previous experience with a Quality Management System. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations None Computer Skills Must possess excellent computer skills, not limited to MS Office, Windows, or Visio. Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Mathematical Skills Basic to intermediate level. Other Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance. Adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment. Previous experience working with internal audits, document control, and corrective action plans.
