Senior Market Analyst

Managing and growing a portfolio of research and benchmarking products for a multinational customer, the full-time Senior Market Analyst will conduct hands-on research on refurbished smartphones and online sales, while leading an international research team in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design and deliver quantitative deliverables, including forecasts and performance benchmarks Conduct primary and secondary research on refurbished smartphones and online sales channels, tracking market trends and competitive dynamics Oversee an international research team, ensuring quality and consistency in client deliverables Required qualifications Three or more years of experience as an industry analyst in mobile devices or consumer technology Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and pivot tables Experience with data analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
