Job Description Lead Engineer (VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid v2.X) A global leader is seeking a talented Lead Engineer with deep expertise in VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid v2.X to join its talented team. As a hybrid position, you will work collaboratively with our global engineering teams to ensure the stability and uptime of our mission‑critical applications. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure using VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid v2.X. Develop and enforce best practices for Kubernetes infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with application teams to migrate and deploy applications to the Kubernetes platform. Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes‑related issues. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Stay up-to-date with the latest Kubernetes technologies and trends. Qualifications Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role. Deep understanding of VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid v2.X and its components. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, concepts, and best practices. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd, etc.). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
