Assistant Project Director (PMO Program manager) / Hybrid Sacramento, CA

Job Summary Assistant Project Director will support enterprise modernization initiatives by coordinating multi-contractor implementations, managing schedules and program dependencies, and assisting with governance and delivery activities across large-scale IT technology programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Google Cloud Platform, ServiceNow, cloud implementations, Agile delivery frameworks, and enterprise program coordination. Location Sacramento, CA - Hybrid (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote) Minimum Qualifications (MQ) Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale modernization programs with budgets exceeding $25 million. Experience managing or coordinating multi-contractor environments with multiple concurrent implementations. Must have experience with Google Cloud Platform and ServiceNow. Experience with cloud-based system implementations and modern technology platforms. Knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks (PMI, SAFe, or equivalent). Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
