Client Human Resource Business Partner III

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Research, troubleshoot, and resolve – Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients, support complex products, and solve client problems with a broad perspective. Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions. Communicate and exceed client expectations – Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. Set priorities, organize your day, handle multiple tasks, and provide prompt follow‑up to exceed client expectations. Hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of integrity. Provide recommendations and educate – Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced consultants and specialists.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Required Qualifications At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems‑related organization. At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results. A college degree is great but not required. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above. Military experience – we recognize and appreciate the unique talents veterans bring to the table.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $59,100.00 – USD $120,200.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
