We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Richmond, VA. If you have experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and are looking for a stable opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment, including cherry pickers/order pickers, reach trucks, and double electric pallet jacks (EPJ), to support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, and double EPJ equipment safely and efficiently
Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or pick tickets
Load and unload trucks in a timely manner
Move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining organization
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Prior experience operating cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, and double EPJ required, any 1 of the three.
OSHA forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Shift Availability

1st Shift (Day)
2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Overtime may be available based on business needs
