Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview
We are seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–12 students across multiple school districts in the Flint, MI area.
Candidates must be comfortable working fully onsite and collaborating in a school-based, team-oriented environment. CFYs will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct individual and group speech-language therapy services to students with identified needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate communication strategies into classroom instruction
• Develop and implement IEP goals, short-term objectives, and participate in IEP and MET meetings
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, and prepare written eligibility and progress reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Support students using AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) systems
• Provide professional development and training to school staff on language development strategies
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and refer students for additional services
• Manage and maintain therapy materials, equipment, and supplies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Michigan SLP license or proof of application with pending status (NSY candidates considered)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
