Scientific Business Analyst

Sapio Sciences

Sapio Sciences seeks an experienced Scientific Business Analyst to define, implement, and support lab informatics solutions for life-science clients. The role requires deep expertise in LIMS, ELN, and SDMS platforms and involves remote work with occasional travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Consult with customers to define and tailor lab informatics solutions to their needs
Implement Sapio platform solutions across client laboratory environments
Provide ongoing support and optimization of deployed systems
Travel to client sites for implementation, training, and support activities

Requirements

Deep knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and SDMS products and their laboratory applications
Proven experience working in life sciences or pharmaceutical settings
Consultative approach to solution definition and customer implementation
Right to work in US or UK
Experience supporting laboratory operations and workflows
