Assistant Clinic Director

We are dedicated to enriching the lives of children with autism and and their families. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Clinic Director to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about ABA therapy and eager to support our clinic’s mission of providing top-quality care and service. Position Summary: The Assistant Clinic Director will work closely with the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role involves supporting clinical staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of client care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Support Clinical Operations: Assist the Clinic Director in overseeing the delivery of ABA therapy services, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and clinical guidelines. Staff Coordination: Help with the recruitment, training and supervision of clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Client Engagement: Address client and family concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all clients. Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations, implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest level of care. Administrative Duties: Support scheduling, billing, and other administrative functions to ensure efficient clinic operations. Community Outreach: Help build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools and other stakeholders to promote the clinic’s services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). BCBA certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
