Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Patient Service Representative in Dallas, TX. 2 full-time openings: BDI Advanced facility: M-F 7:30am-4pm with one Saturday a month BDI Junius facility: M-F 8:30am-5pm with one Saturday a month Benefits: We offer a PREMIUM base pay, MONTHLY bonus opportunities, and an excellent benefits program . - Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
- Assist with Authorization and Verifications
- Checking In / Out Patients
- Answering Multiple Phone Lines
- Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
- Insurance Verification
- Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
- Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
- 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
- Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Preferred
- Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
- Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Medical Terminology Knowledge
- Insurance Verification Experience
- Medical Assistant Certification a Plus
- Bilingual is a plus
