Automotive Repair Manager

Role Overview

As an Automotive Repair Manager, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and financial performance. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction by implementing effective pricing, promotions, and operational strategies. Your leadership will focus on developing high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• Lead sales initiatives and monitor financial performance to meet targets
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolve escalated issues
• Develop budgets, analyze KPIs, and identify operational improvements
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on best practices

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or equivalent; relevant experience considered
• Minimum 6 years in the automotive industry; leadership experience preferred
• ASE Master Technician Certification strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and customer service
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
