Licensed Associate Clinician – South Mountain Health Center, Phoenix, AZ Terros Health is hiring for a Licensed Associate Clinician (LAC) for our outpatient counseling program at the South Mountain Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, offered as an employed role. Key responsibilities include: Providing outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients. Charting progress, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring implementation of treatment plans. Monitoring and following up on client needs, performing reassessments as required. Coordinating services with case managers, medical providers, and other clinic staff. Providing in‑home counseling sessions when indicated. Operating in accordance with licensure, state, and federal laws, and Terros policies. May sign off on non‑licensed staff’s work. Qualifications: Licensed facilitator (associate clinician) in Arizona. Experience preferred with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Behavioral health experience preferred.
