Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing heating and cooling system issuesPerforming repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC equipmentWorking on light commercial systems when neededClearly explaining findings, recommendations, and completed work to customersProviding professional, courteous service in customers' homesCompleting service work according to company procedures and quality standardsMaintaining accurate service documentationHelping less-experienced technicians develop their technical skills when appropriateWhat You Need2+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and an insurable driving recordStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesCustomer-focused communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage service calls responsiblyAdditional Experience That HelpsNATE certificationHVAC trade school or technical trainingPrevious lead or supervisory experienceExperience working with both residential and light commercial equipmentWhat You'll GetWe believe good technicians should have the tools and support to succeed.
