Workers Compensation Paralegal

Job Description Franklin & Prokopik (F&P) is recruiting for a full-time Workers’ Compensation Paralegal in our Baltimore office. We are looking for an individual that is service-oriented and has a sense of urgency and responsiveness, operates with integrity and honesty, displays a positive, constructive, “can do” attitude, works diligently and well under deadline pressure, with professionalism. Essential Functions Support 2 attorneys Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills. Capable of efficiently managing a high volume and time-sensitive workload. The ability to meet deadlines. Strict attention to detail. Qualifications 1-3 years’ experience in the legal field. Familiarity with legal documents and terminology. Working knowledge of management software systems. Experience with Webfile. Experience with PracticeMaster and NetDocs a Plus. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel. Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues. Communication Skills Demonstrated ability to articulate clearly and effectively. Superior listening, oral and written skills.
