Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal-Birth Injury/Medical Malpractice Wais, Vogelstein, Forman, Koch & Norman, LLC, a national plaintiffs’ birth injury and medical malpractice firm with offices in Maryland and Illinois, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Baltimore office. Candidates MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense), including significant experience in medical malpractice specifically. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing multiple litigation case files, drafting correspondence and discovery responses, organizing materials produced in discovery, organizing medical records, scheduling, communicating with clients and expert witnesses, and trial prep.
