Quick Facts:

• Location: Cheyenne, WY (residents within 30 miles preferred)

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Duration: Full-time ongoing role
• Shift: Day shift, 40 hours/week

• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license, clean driving record required
• Experience: Healthcare, delivery, customer service, or home equipment setup experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience
• Mileage reimbursement: Yes, when using personal vehicle for approved company business

What You'll Do:

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and retrieve home medical equipment and supplies
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use and maintenance
• Complete delivery paperwork, work orders, invoices, and patient documentation
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely patient service
• Assist with office tasks, including answering phones, verifying insurance, and preparing reports
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in a safe, clean condition
• Respond to after-hours patient needs as part of scheduled on-call rotations
• Observe and report equipment hazards or incidents in accordance with policies

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Healthcare, medical equipment, or DME experience
• Delivery, customer service, or logistics experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude for handling equipment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Compassionate, professional interaction with patients and caregivers

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and email systems
• Ability to operate standard office tools and medical transport vehicles
• Mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment

• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 65 pounds
• Frequent walking, bending, standing, and driving
• Close visual acuity for paperwork and equipment handling
• Willingness to work in patient environments with potential exposure to contagious pathogens
• Must comply with respiratory protection policies
