Performance Test Lead

Job Description Required Skills: LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Splunk, Python, Java, .NET, Agile Key Responsibilities Minimum of 10-15 years in Performance Testing LoadRunner (Performance Center) Dynatrace Splunk Python Requirements gathering Proactively leading triages and driving to solutions Analytical abilities with heap and thread dumps Solid understanding of software development and architecture Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and understanding end-to-end web performance metrics Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills Practical experience with Agile tools and methodologies, including Horizon JIRA and Horizon Confluence Self‑motivated with the ability to identify critical concerns that require escalation to management for resolution Strong results‑driven mindset with a positive and proactive approach Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
