Test Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities Proven expertise in automation testing, establishing a strong foundation beyond manual testing. Hands‑on test automation with tools such as Selenium and Playwright. Experience with a CI/CD environment. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management. Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in software test engineering or quality engineering. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL testing. Minimum high‑school/GED diploma. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skill set. Experience with Litmus. Banking or finance domain knowledge and experience. Compensation and Benefits Compensation at Accenture varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Salaries for the role range from $50 to $60 per hour across various locations. Other Information Client requires onsite work 60% (3 days) and remote work 40% (2 days) per week. Five days of time away are mandated per calendar quarter.
