In-Person Community Recovery Peer Specialist

Plymouth Housing

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide direct support to residents in Greater Seattle, in-person. You will help with benefit linkages, connect residents to recovery resources, and support harm‑reduction efforts within a trauma‑informed framework. The role requires collaboration with the Resident Wellbeing Manager and care team, data collection, and documentation while fostering housing stability and wellbeing for residents, including some evenings or weekends as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Plymouth Housing
