Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction

Description Manage and lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Drive project schedules, site logistics, and sequencing across multiple trades Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and safety performance on active job sites Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure quality delivery Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site Operate within project budgets while controlling costs and productivity Deliver technically complex projects including Data Centers, labs, clean rooms, warehouses, tilt-up, precast, and PEMB facilities Travel nationwide to support projects, primarily across the Eastern U.S., Midwest, and Southeast Profile 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, or industrial construction projects Proven experience delivering warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, lab, or clean room projects Strong knowledge of tilt-up concrete, precast structures, and PEMB construction Ability to lead diverse trade partners across fast-track schedules Comfortable traveling nationwide for project assignments Proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability in the field Job Offer Competitive base salary $150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience Nationwide project exposure with consistent backlog and long-term stability Per diem, travel accommodations, and support for traveling roles Opportunities to work on highly technical, in-demand project types Clear path for career growth with a company that promotes from within Strong leadership team that respects field autonomy and decision-making MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
