As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Enterprise Change organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Strongsville, OH or Birmingham, AL.

•Organize requirements effort, including resources, monitoring, project coordination, and managing changes in accordance to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

•Elicit complete and accurate requirements and translate those requirements into user stories within Jira

•Participate in an Agile crew, ceremonies and review/modify written stories

•Participate in testing as needed

•Process flow documentation – using Visio, current vs. future state mapping, data flow diagrams

•Ensure business goals and objectives are fulfilled through a solution

•Identify business need and propose solution approach and solution scope to address the need

•Have clear understanding of the requirements (need vs. want) to enable building a solution to meet business needs

•Ensure solution requirements are understood and fulfilled by the technical design and provide support for their implementation

•Have Agile/Waterfall Methodologies experience
