Salary: $20-35/hour Industrial Maintenance Technician / Floater Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hourSchedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Flexibility Required) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Technician / Control Room Operator to join our operations team on 2nd shift. This is a versatile floater position responsible for supporting plant operations through mechanical maintenance , control room operations , and front-end loader operation . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an industrial environment, adapting to changing operational needs, and contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the facility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Monitor and operate equipment from the control room to support production and operational efficiency.
- Safely operate a front-end loader and other assigned equipment as needed.
- Support daily plant operations by rotating between maintenance, equipment operation, and control room duties.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Machine Operation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Forklift/hilo experience
- Monday-Friday
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Flexibility required based on operational needs
- Pay range: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour BOE
