Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred. Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 0830-1630 Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract weeks indicated) Location Highlights Enjoy a central Illinois small-town setting with easy access to regional outdoor and cultural destinations.
