About the Opportunity A growing real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its Denver office and help expand its investor network and capital-raising efforts. The firm is focused primarily on value-add multifamily investing and has acquired more than $500M of real estate across 3,500+ units nationwide. This is a relationship-driven, fundraising-focused role for someone who enjoys developing new investors, presenting investment opportunities, and directly contributing to the growth of an investment platform. What You'll Do Develop relationships with prospective high-net-worth and accredited investors Prospect and source new investor relationships Present current and upcoming real estate investment opportunities Guide investors through the fundraising and investment process Drive consistent follow-up and investor commitments Maintain and grow relationships with existing investors Build and manage an active investor pipeline Partner closely with senior leadership on fundraising initiatives Help expand the firm's overall investor network and capital base What We're Looking For Experience in investor relations, capital raising, capital markets, private wealth, or investment sales Demonstrated experience raising capital or generating investor relationships Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable prospecting and developing new business Ability to confidently present investment opportunities and ask for commitments Highly organized with strong follow-up habits #J-18808-Ljbffr Bullpen
