Senior Analyst – CES Project StructuringCompiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Constellation is seeking a Senior Analyst – CES Project Structuring to support financial analysis, project structuring, and funding strategy for capital investment opportunities and energy services transactions. This role will evaluate project economics, build and maintain financial models, assess project viability and risk, and help structure value-driven financing solutions. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, senior leadership, and external lenders or investors to support deal structuring, contract negotiations, internal approvals, and project funding strategies.Qualified candidates should have strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including discounted cash flow analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel capability. Experience in energy project finance, distributed energy assets, energy efficiency transactions, project finance, tax equity, capital lease finance, or related commercial financing structures is highly preferred.
