The Immigration Case Manager position in Lehi, UT involves managing a high-volume caseload, primarily focusing on family-based, employment-based, asylum and refugee, and business immigration cases. This role requires thorough coordination, careful documentation, and client communication within a fast-paced legal environment. Utilizing custom case management software, the case manager will ensure compliance and support clients effectively through all stages of the immigration process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of more than 60 immigration cases
- Conduct client intake and documentation preparation
- Monitor compliance with legal and procedural requirements
- Coordinate client interviews and legal research
- Maintain timely and clear client communication
- Enter and organize case data using custom software tools
- Organize files and maintain accurate case records
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of immigration law and processes
- Strong client relations and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving abilities
