PROCESSING INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR

The Inventory Control Coordinator in our Rentals, Linens and Furnishings Division requires a blend of skills and experience that are specifically focused on inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory using several different processes. Some of these processes include cycle counting, report running, and maintaining a high level of communication among various departments. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory is a vital component to ensure continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages.Duties & Responsibilities:Following the best practices for safetyResponsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.Report to management on inventory discrepancies in the warehouse management systemConduct Cycle Counting procedures, and will work directly with warehouse personnel to uncover variances in actual inventory on hand versus what is being reportedCommunicate with purchasing teams and other departments as neededDetail oriented and dependableDocumenting and controlling aged & damaged product.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulationsOther duties as assignedQualifications Include:Ability to work cohesively as part of a teamMust have a positive attitudeStrong analytic and mathematical skillsAbility to multitaskStrong organizational skillsWork efficiently and productively in independent and team settingsMust be able to read, write and communicate effectivelyMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekendsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbMust be at least 18 years of ageKnowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Bilingual a plusKnowledge of Point of Rental Software a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Event Group Inc
