We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative care team. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about improving patients’ mobility, functionality, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Coordinate with other healthcare providers for integrated patient care Educate patients and families on exercises and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in PT (grandfathered license holders welcome) Active or eligible Wyoming PT license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience or certification in Lymphedema or Pelvic Health Prior home health or outpatient care experience Familiarity with WebPT (preferred EMR) Benefits 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee only) Low $1,500 deductible health plans Dental and vision coverage Short- and long-term disability PTO: 60 hours upon hire + additional accrued PTO (approx. 4 hours per pay period) 403(b) SEP retirement plan with year-end profit-sharing contributions Mentorship opportunities for new graduates You thrive in a community-focused environment, embrace professional growth, and enjoy working in a scenic rural setting.
