Staff Pharmacist Opportunity

A growing digital mail order pharmacy is seeking five dedicated staff pharmacists for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Ft Mitchell, KY. This role is ideal for pharmacists experienced or interested in mail order pharmacy, focusing on dispensing primarily generic medications, along with some brands and specialty medications, to patients nationwide.

Location: Ft Mitchell, KY

Type: Contract to hire, with potential for direct hire based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating shift start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Saturday rotation scheduled with advance notice

Responsibilities:

• Verify and check high-volume medication fulfillment
• Oversee pharmacy technician work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Handle provider and patient calls as needed
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic workflow and maintain excellent teamwork within a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in Kentucky
• Prior mail order pharmacy experience is strongly preferred; retail pharmacists with strong skills are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working in a closed-door pharmacy setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a high-volume team environment
