Labor and Employment Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team, contributing to a practice known for its expertise in labor and employment litigation. Duties Handle employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions. Manage single-plaintiff employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Oversee all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Requirements 4-10 years of experience in labor and employment litigation. Strong understanding of California labor and employment laws, including FEHA, Title VII, and PAGA. Admission to the State Bar of California. Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Excellent litigation and case management skills.
