ABOUT US

We are looking for an exceptional Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator who is polished, enthusiastic, dependable, and, above all, honest and trustworthy.

THE ROLE
You are the cornerstone of our front office and the bridge between diagnosis and care. You will present treatment plans with clarity and confidence, guide patients through their financial and scheduling decisions, and make sure no patient falls through the cracks. You will also keep daily operations running smoothly. Patients will know you as the steady, trusted voice that makes complex treatment feel simple.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Patient Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, from first call through completed treatment
• Present treatment plans clearly, translating clinical language into terms patients understand and trust
• Guide patients from diagnosis to scheduled, committed appointments
• Follow up on unscheduled and incomplete treatment until it is resolved
• Maintain the refined, elevated experience that defines our practice

Operations

• Manage scheduling and patient flow with precision, keeping the schedule full and treatment moving forward
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential patient records in Dentrix
• Collaborate daily with the doctor and clinical team on case presentation, treatment sequencing, and priorities

Financial Coordination

• Present and discuss fees with confidence. We are a fee-for-service practice, and you approach these conversations without hesitation or apology.
• Position insurance reimbursement as an added value, not the primary payment method, reinforcing our non-network model while helping patients maximize their out-of-network benefits
• Verify insurance benefits and manage billing and patient accounts accurately and ethically
• Structure and offer flexible payment arrangements, including financing options
• Track and report case acceptance and treatment conversion

WHO YOU ARE
You have worked in dentistry, and you understand that a treatment plan is only successful once it is scheduled and completed. You are polished, warm, and confident, someone patients trust from the first conversation. You see fee discussions as part of helping patients get the care they need. You are organized, self-motivated, and you follow up without being asked twice.

You bring:

• Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordination experience (required)
• Dental front office and financial coordination experience (required)
• Experience presenting and closing treatment plans (required)
• Proficiency in Dentrix (required)
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or clinical background (preferred, not required)
• A strong understanding of dental financing and payment arrangement options
• Exceptional communication skills with patients, the clinical team, and leadership
• A highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented approach
• Unquestionable honesty and integrity with patient and financial information
• Comfort working independently in a solo-doctor practice as part of a close-knit team
• Professionalism suited to a luxury, appointment-based practice

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
