Customer Service Center Assistant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $21.75/hour

Position Summary

The Customer Service Center Assistant supports non-emergency medical transportation services in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for data entry, email correspondence, transportation scheduling, report preparation, and ensuring transportation requests are processed accurately and within required timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for Medicaid-funded transportation services.
• Schedule transportation requests received through email, fax, online portals, and other non-phone methods.
• Process transportation requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry and maintain records within scheduling software.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other software tools.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries through email and other communication channels.
• Track and meet contractual deadlines and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Perform administrative support tasks and offline processing work.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software systems and online platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions.
• Experience in a social service, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with disabilities, is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and ability to report to work during adverse weather and emergency conditions.
