The ideal candidate has extensive orthopedic experience, including total joints, sports medicine, and fracture procedures. This individual is highly organized, anticipates surgeons' needs, maintains strict sterile technique, and is proficient with orthopedic instrumentation, power equipment, and implants. They thrive in a fast‑paced ASC environment, are a strong team player, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and surgical excellence.
