Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks

We are hiring a Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks for one of our clients in Coconut Creek, FL.

Job Description:

• Provide coverage to City Hall lobby receptionist (assisting walk-in customers, answering phone calls, distribute mails, etc.);
• Assist Utility Billing with phone calls, emails, and basic data entry or reporting, such as entering work order, scanning, open and closing accounts, etc.
• Computer, iPad, Phone, Copier/Scanner, Postage Machine, Phone, etc. (provided by the City) City Intranet or internal software, FinancePlus/CommunityPlus (Central Square), email, Word, Excel, etc.

Skills Required:

• Customer service skills 1 -2 years' experience
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1-2 years' experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Remain organize
• Attention to details, and be reliable (attendance and punctual)

Work Hours:

• Monday Thursday
• 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
