Job description:
Job Responsibilities
Care for laboring mothers throughout the labor and delivery process.
Assist with deliveries and provide immediate care to newborns.
Provide post-delivery care for mothers.
Monitor and support patients throughout the labor and postpartum period.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
Strong Labor & Delivery nursing skills required.
Required Certifications
BLS – Required
NRP – Required
STABLE – Required
Shift: Variable - Day and Night shifts - 3*12 Hour shifts
Equipment & Systems
Meditech computerized system.
GE/Centricity fetal monitoring system.
Department Information
Labor & Delivery: 8 beds
Postpartum: 18 beds
