Lean Manufacturing Supervisor

Haynes International in Kokomo, Indiana, is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead hourly production employees in a safe environment and drive achievement of departmental and company goals. You will conduct daily toolbox talks, monthly safety meetings, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor rules, schedule personnel and equipment (including overtime), and coach teams to meet production targets while maintaining quality and readiness of operating supplies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
