LOA Case Manager: FMLA & Leave Program Expert
PAC
PAC is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Administrator to manage a caseload from initiation to return to work. You will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and related state laws while coordinating with Unum and internal HR teams. The role requires discretion with confidential data and strong communication skills. You will work with HR leadership to interpret policies, maintain HIPAA compliance, and analyze LOA metrics to drive improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr PAC
